There are many different real estate agencies to choose from, look at a few agents and see how they work.

It is very important that the agent you choose must know the area you’re selling in as well as knows the other properties as well as also knows which have been sold out recently.
3.GET OUT AND ABOUT:
The best ways to research your shortlisted agents is to go to open house inspections, so why don’t you pop into one and see how your agent is in action. Watch them by taking note of the following things:
- The way agents communicates and interacts with buyers.
- Behaviour at the open house inspection.
- Were they able to answer all your questions about the property?
- Did they follow up with you after your attendance?
- Most important thing were they on time.
What do you think of the marketing/advertising for the properties the agent has ticked?
4.COMFORT MATTERS:
Do you feel comfortable with agents? You have to be very honest with an agent during the selling process and also make sure you have an honest communications.
5. CHECK THE RESULTS:
Make sure you look at the properties the agent has sold recently. Ask for hard facts, sale prices, time on market.
6. MARKET KNOWLEDGE:
The agent should be able to give you a thorough report of the market in your area and surrounding areas. They should know about what schools are nearby, what transport is there and demographics and even what sort of buyers you are looking for homes in the area.
